Friday Poem: Two Perspectives from Dorothy Parker and Ogden Nash

I've been particularly busy this week, so I'm keeping the Friday poem(s) short and sweet this time:

Men seldom make passes
At girls who wear glasses.

--Dorothy Parker

A girl who is bespectacled
She may not get her nectacled
But safety pins and bassinets
Await the girl who fassinets.

--Ogden Nash

So take that, Dorothy Parker!
